Atomic Developmental Program - Next Session in January 2012

Our very popular Atomic developmental program returns in the new year. The program will run for 8 weeks on Sundays, Jan 8 - Feb 26, 2012. Session 1 (11:00 - 12:00 pm) is for 8 - 10 yr olds with little or no experience. Session 2 (12:00 - 1:00 pm) is for 10 - 12 yr olds or for those who have completed Level 1.
The RVC developmental program is based on the Atomic national curriculum developed for those aged 8 - 12. Athletes use lighter balls, lower nets and smaller sized courts to learn and practice the skills needed in volleyball. The emphasis is placed on FUNdamentals and participation.
